50 textile machinery items will be included in the Chinese annual plan

August 6, 2012, the China Textile Industry Association issued a “scientific and technical guidance of the project plan in 2012 China Textile Industry Association”. A total of 50 textile machinery items are included in the first scientific and technical guidance of the project plan.

It is understood that 50 declared project are in line with the requirements of the Program for the Development of the textile industry in scientific and technological progress, reporting unit can be used alone as well as cooperate to complete the project, but all parties must define their respective rights and obligations. Project review projects according to the project mission statement and related industries to review and sign an opinion on the project task document by the China Textile Machine Equipment Association organized experts.

The reviewed principles of the "2012 China Textile Industry Association scientific and technical guidance projects are: in line with national industrial policy, the project's technical level is more than the leading domestic level (or important technical indicators have reached international advanced level), no other provincial and ministerial departments organization's identification and acceptance of scientific and technological achievements; can complete the project within two years of development, and small quantities of test project to have a good industrial prospects. There are major technological innovation, intellectual property disputes and other items. 

Project has been included in the guidance program, the timely completion of the identification of acceptance, the undertaking units can continue to declare a new project; to those not yet completed projects on time, fulfill the acceptance of a written application for project extension or project report changes, take the unit in order to declare a new project.

According to reports, there are two ways in the identification and acceptance of "2012 China Textile Industry Association scientific and technical guidance projects”: first, after the completion of the project by the China Textile Machinery Association on behalf of the China Textile Industry Association, organizational and technological achievements identification; the second by the Chinese textile Machinery Association and provincial science and technology administrative department jointly organized by the identification of scientific and technological achievements.
