Three Types of Crimped Wire Mesh Machine

It is applied to wire weaving of those diameters range from 2mm to 6mm; it has the advantages of simple operation and no broken diameter weft phenomenon. The new design has features of high production efficiency and stable mechanical properties.

The fully automatic type is shuttleless weft insertion. It can be divided into disposable crimped wire mesh equipment, universal crimped wire net equipment, the entire woven crimped net machinery and so forth. Disposable crimped wire mesh equipment comes with a complete set of ginning mold; it can edge and weave the top quality warp wires and weft wires at the same time. Universal crimped wire net equipment can complete the whole netting process with one set of mold, and it can be produce various woven mesh screen by a single equipment, it firstly enrolls the meshes, and then make them into designed diameter to process fully automatic netting. Both the two kinds of device are equipped with the automatic shutdown alarm of warp net and weft net error. The fully automatic type wire machine is CNC controlled and is easy to operate. It as applicable to automatic wire weaving of meshes whose diameter are below 2mm and wire network wide is below 3 meters.

Hydraulic type crimped meshes machine is manually enrolling the weft yarn, and is made up of cotton gin and hydraulic netting machinery. The cotton gin can be divided into CNC automatically broken type and manually broken type. Hydraulic netting machinery is suitable for large wire diameter crimped wires whose woven diameter range from 6mm to 14mm. It is widely used in mining, petrochemical, coal, ore screening.
