China's policy support for steady development of machine tool in 2012

China's machine tool industry has entered the ranks of the world square. Many of export machine tools that export price continued to rise, such as: CNC lathe, CNC Plasma Cutting Machine, CNC Router, CNC grinding machines, CNC milling machine, forging or punching machine, shearing machine, etc. It reflected the development trend of China's export products getting high-end and large. The machine is the basic means of production equipment industry. Machine tool industry is relation to people’s livelihood, basic industries and strategic industries of the national defense construction, drawn the close attention in the world.

 However, in recent years, following the deep influence in international financial crisis on the Chinese real economy, every year a large number of CNC machine tool exports from China. But high domestic price level, increased prices of raw materials has burden on businesses. The new labor law enforcement also weakened labor cost advantages of the CNC machine tool enterprises.

Statistics show that China's export machine tools, CNC horizontal lathes, CNC laser, CNC gear cutting machine, polishing machine, planer, broaching, sawing, forming bending machines, punching machine and other types of machine tools declined relatively large. These types of products are mostly low value-added, with the traditional advantages of export products.

 Under this circumstance, our government will definitely encourage overseas mergers and acquisitions for the primary purpose on enhancing technological innovation capacity. All the enterprises should active use of the global advantage resources to establish global R & D systems and production networks. Building multi-dimensional industrial advantages, maintaining cost advantage, price advantage to further expand the division of labor and market advantages. Continue to dig the goodwill advantage, rational use of the advantages of capital to build a standard strengths and core technology advantage.

 In the next few years, China's machine tool market demand is still optimistic. When basic implement China's industrialization in 2020, as working machine tools, strong domestic market demand in machine tool industry will be not recession and reversal.
