Sometimes in the working process of the pipe machine, the machine will produce some noise, not as it is under normal operation. In facing of this situation, some people will ignore it and think it normal. Actually, it is the signal that your pipe machine needs maintenance.

So what causes the pipe machine to produce noise? The following reasons may account for it:

1.      The coupling is not installed in the same center and it needs reinstallation. The deviation should not over 0.1 mm.
2.      There are some air slipped in from the oil suction pipe or oil seal, you need to replace the sealing element and polish the junction surface.
3.      The oil filter pump of the oil inlet is partly blocked, and you have to clean the oil filter.
4.      The machine is low on oil; refill the oil tank to the oil line.
5.      The stator and blades are severely worn down; update new parts.

Most of the noise is caused by inadequate maintenance, so when you are using a pipe machine, please don’t forget to its daily maintenance. To be specific, there are some useful advices for you.

Firstly, regularly check and inspect the lubricating point and fastener. And choose the suitable lubricating oil.

Secondly, frequently wash the air filter, oil filter, cooler and oil tank so as to keep the oil passage smooth.

Thirdly, the hydraulic oil should be controlled to a rang of 30 to 55. When the oil temperature is lower than 15 or above 60, starting up the machine id forbidden. And the heater or cooler can be used to regulate the oil temperature. 

Lastly, after the run-in period is over, mandatory maintenance should be taken to the pipe machine, and meanwhile, renewal the hydraulic oil. Generally, the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced every 6 months, and when doing this, you should thoroughly wash the oil tank and oil pipe. The deterioration of hydraulic oil may lead to the increase of noise, as well as the shorten life span of oil pump, hydro-cylinder, reversing valve, etc. or even worse, paralyze the whole working system.
